Peaceful Restructure Rationale

  • If the governing roles in New Zealand are peacefully restructured, so that no personality characteristic spectrum is more adapted to succeed long term than any other personality characteristic spectrum in the people in the peacefully restructured governing roles, then the distribution of personality characteristic spectrums in the people in the peacefully restructured governing roles will be a close approximation to the distribution of personality characteristic spectrums in all people everywhere, and the biggest benefit for all people will be achieved.

  • It is true and clear there is no personality characteristic spectrum that makes a person more adapted to succeed long term than any other in the roles of Assembly or Executive Assembly.

    • Any person is as likely as another person to be given the power to vote on legislation and to select the next draft proposal to be prepared by the Executive Assembly.

    • The roles in the Executive Assembly have specific defined tasks and have no power to change the draft proposals in a way that alters the intention of the original draft proposal.

  • No person has more power than any other person to propose or vote on legislation.

  • The Judiciary is peacefully restructured so that disputants speak for themselves directly to Judges, who are required to adhere to precedent subject to legislation for the biggest benefit for all people everywhere, where that legislation is made by all people everywhere.
