maintain a membership register to register with the Electoral Commission pursuant to Part 4 of the Electoral Act 1993.

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

the Electoral Commission in order to register as a party

Providing the above information is optional. If you choose not to enter your information, we cannot accept your membership application.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact the secretary of the Group at secretary@biggestbenefit.org.nz.

We keep the personal information we hold about you safe by storing it in an encrypted file and only allowing certain Officers access to it.
